List prices for 10 property management platforms, worked out for your portfolio size. Minimum monthly charges, per-unit fees and plan limits are included. Payment and screening fees are listed separately because tenants usually pay them.
Subscription only. Each figure is the software subscription for your unit count. Taxes, onboarding, add-ons, eSignature and screening fees are not included; open a line to see them.
Annual billing is shown as a monthly equivalent. Some plans are sold on one cycle only; those lines are marked.
Minimums count. When a vendor charges a monthly minimum, you pay the minimum until your units push the bill above it.
Buildium publishes "starting at" prices that rise with unit count. The rise is quoted at signup, so Buildium lines show the starting price.
TenantCloud allows unlimited units but caps active leases per plan. Here the cap is applied to units, which assumes one lease per unit.
We have not tested these products hands-on. Figures come from each vendor's public pages on the date shown. Check the vendor's site before you buy.
