Privacy policy
Who is responsible
The data controller for rentaltechmatch.com is M G, VAT IT02463800512, based in Italy. Contact: hello@rentaltechmatch.com.
What we collect
This site has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no newsletter. The software finder and the cost calculator run entirely in your browser: your answers are not sent to us or stored by us.
We do not set cookies and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not contact Google or other font services.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Cloudflare acts as our processor. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process this data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
If you email us
If you write to hello@rentaltechmatch.com, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply. Email to this address is forwarded by Cloudflare to our mailbox. We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Links to vendors
Links to software vendors take you to their websites, which have their own privacy policies. If we add affiliate links in future, the vendor or its affiliate network may set cookies on its own site to record the referral; we will list those vendors on our affiliate disclosure page.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to us at the address above. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
If you are in the United States: we do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Children
This site is meant for landlords and property managers and is not directed at children.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, for example by adding privacy-friendly analytics, we will update this page and the date above.
