Yearly billing is shown as a monthly equivalent. Plans sold on one cycle only are marked. Two-year prices are on the vendor pages.
"From" prices have something unpublished or usage-based on top, such as Hostfully's platform fee or Guesty Lite's share of each reservation. They are never shown as the lowest final price.
Smoobu bills in euros; its dollar figures are the estimates it shows on its own page. iGMS publishes per-property rates; totals are rounded to the dollar.
Feature filters count a feature when it is included on that plan or sold as an add-on. When the vendor publishes the add-on's price, it is added to the monthly figure; when it does not, the line reads "from". When a vendor does not say which plan includes a feature (Lodgify's owner reporting, for example), the filter leaves that vendor out. A dash on the vendor pages means we did not find a feature on the vendor's site, which does not prove it is missing.
"No share of every booking" leaves out plans that charge a percentage of each reservation. Fees on direct bookings taken through a vendor's own booking site are listed under each line.
