Best for: Airbnb hosts with 1 to about 10 listings who want messaging automation, with a free plan to start.
Less suited to: Managers who need owner statements on a budget: owner tools start on Mogul, the top plan.

Is Hospitable free?
Yes. Essentials costs nothing and has no limit on properties. Dynamic pricing on Essentials costs $15 per property a month, and upsells sold through it carry a 10% processing fee. The paid plans start with Host at $29 a month for one property.
How much does Hospitable cost for five properties?
Host stops at 2 properties, so the choice is Professional or Mogul. Professional costs $104 a month billed monthly, or $91.52 a month billed yearly. Mogul, which adds owner statements and the owner portal, costs $159 a month billed monthly, or $139.92 billed yearly.
Which Hospitable plan has owner statements?
Only Mogul, the top plan, which includes owner payouts, statements and the owner portal. It costs $99 a month for three properties, then $30 for each extra property on monthly billing.
Does Hospitable take a commission on bookings?
Hospitable publishes no commission on reservations from Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com; its plans are priced per property. Bookings through its own direct booking website, on Professional and Mogul, do carry one: Direct Basic: 1% commission; Direct Premium: 4% commission plus 3% processing.
