TenantCloud pricing and features

TenantCloud charges a flat price per plan, but each plan caps active leases: 10 on Starter, 30 on Growth and 60 on Pro. Pro adds the owner portal, bank reconciliation and tax preparation, and at $50 a month on yearly billing it is the cheapest owner-ready plan we track between about 25 and 60 units.
