Fees outside the subscription
OwnerRez publishes no booking commission on its pricing page. Payment processing fees, where they apply, are separate.
No commissions, guest fees or per-booking fees. Premium features (Property Management, QuickBooks, Hosted Sites, Integrated Sites + WP Plugin, SMS Messaging, Rezzy AI) cost extra and scale with property count.

Who it fits
Best for: Owners and managers with several properties who want one price that falls per property as they grow, with team logins and a portal for owners and cleaners included.
Less suited to: A host with one listing on a tight budget: free and cheaper plans exist elsewhere.
